The owner decides which agents each role gets. Switch one off and its work stops at the next step; nothing half-finished is sent. Every switch is recorded with who flipped it, when and why.
- They draft. Notes, appeals, packets and reminders arrive as drafts in your queue.
- A person confirms. Nothing counts until someone with the right seat says yes.
- They never send outside. No email, fax or claim leaves Confirmity on an agent's say-so.
- They never sign. Signatures belong to licensed people, always.
